Abstract Acceptance Criteria
- Proposals for individual papers and posters are evaluated according to each of the following criteria:
- Each abstract will be evaluated by the advisory board to make sure the topic is relevant for the variety of meeting topics.
- Presentation emphasis, cohesiveness, coherence, and clarity
- Methodology: research design, including clearly stated research questions, data sources, data gathering techniques, analytic strategy, and outcomes if the study is empirical.
- The topic, issue, or problem's applicability, significance, currency, and relevance
- Theoretical orientation and/or field-specific applications
- Originality
About the Reviewing Process
Neonatology Conference 2023 Committee is dedicated to guaranteeing a timely and fair review process with the international norms of double-blind peer review. We are dependent on the support of highly qualified academics around the world to assist with this endeavor.
- Results of the abstract review will be sent to the author within two days of submission.
- The Conference Chair serves as the head of the scientific committee and will take the final decision on abstracts.
- Acceptance or rejections of the paper will be sent to you with reviewer comments.
- If a revision is required, the revised abstract will be sent back to you within a day.
Submission Guidelines
- Submit your abstract in word document via online Submission. Select the relevant abstract category (Oral, Poster or Young research forum) while submitting an abstract.
- When submitting your abstract, you need to choose which session the conference presentation is intended for. The full list of sessions can be viewed in Scientific Sessions.
- The authors are requested to follow the reference template provided in the Abstract Submission section.
- The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
- All abstracts should be relevant to 1 or more of the conference themes/topics.
- Mention each author’s affiliation and university or organization where the work has been done.
- A paper should contain the description of your study and should be structured in different sections such as: Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusions, Acknowledgements (if applicable) and References.
- All presenting authors for each accepted abstract will be expected to register for the conference and attend the session in which their presentation is scheduled (during December 07–09, 2023).
- One abstract at most will be accepted per presenter. People presenting on behalf of a community organization may additionally present their own work.
- Abstracts which do not meet the focus of the topic selected by the authors will be reassigned at the discretion of the Review Committee.
